Every batch is silk tempered and then moulded beautifully. After the batch is ready, it is very essential that the chocolate remains in the temperature range while moulding, else the chocolate loses the snap and shine. At this point, all the inclusions are either incorporated in the chocolate or sprinkled on top.
The process is all handmade & is almost like an adrenaline rush. Each batch is moulded perfectly from the first bar to the last one, to get the most good-looking, shiny & crackling chocolate bars.
